I’m Katie Barton, a Licensed Professional Counselor, personal trainer, and wellness coach who helps women build sustainable change through the integration of mindset and movement. With a clinical foundation in mental health and behavior change, I understand that transformation doesn’t happen through motivation alone. It happens when the nervous system, thoughts, and body are trained to work together.

My approach bridges evidence based counseling with intentional movement, strength training, and nutrition guidance to support both mental resilience and physical confidence. I believe movement is more than a fitness tool. It is a powerful regulator of mood, identity, and self trust. At the same time, mindset work becomes most effective when it is embodied through action, discipline, and consistent follow through.

Through my coaching and programs under Her Mindset Movement, I help women move out of cycles of burnout, inconsistency, and self doubt and into a grounded sense of strength mentally, emotionally, and physically. My work focuses on accountability, self leadership, and long term habits that align with real life, not perfection.
